Implementation
The implementation of Facility Administration, Facility Scheduler and Facility ePortal is a discrete project designed to help schools get started. It consists of an implementation consultant working with the school to ensure that core items are delivered
Initial modifications to the data structure will be carried out by Serco implementation staff and training given so that staff in your school will ultimately be able to create additional user-defined fields and manage the configuration process independently of Serco support.
We will also build your Facility database and begin the transfer of your existing data into your new system.
